Sapphire City Hotel

The location is great, the hotel itself is very nice, NOT a Holiday Inn, but old world charm. Very nice restaurant on the top of the building with a great view.

There were a few problems, like the phone was not hooked up in the room, the sink did not drain, and a couple of the lamps were broken too. Small things.

At the perfect location that’s my second time at the hotel but this time there’s pub next to the hotel can’t able to sleep at night and horrible breakfast

The hotel location is amazing, in Nizami street and close to everything, the old city, the malls etc. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Very kind indeed. The decorations were beautiful and the room was spacious. I loved the place and definitely would like to visit again. I strongly recommend it. Beautiful Azerbaijan!

I had a wonderful stay at Sapphire City Hotel in Baku! The rooms are spacious and elegant, and they even upgraded me to a room with a balcony. I also received a complimentary breakfast and a fruit plate, which was a lovely touch ?.Special thanks to Sona, who was super kind and always helpful — she even helped me book a restaurant outside the hotel! The service was excellent, and the location is perfect, right on Nizami Street, close to everything.⭐️ Highly recommended!Thank you Sapphire City team for making my stay so special! ?

The bed is not clean and there are a lot of insects and ants on the bed and the bathroom is old and needs maintenance

Location was perfect in the heart of Nizami street. Breakfast need some improvement as it should have a live egg counter.

The location was spot on on Nizami street. The room was alright but didn’t have a view. The property was clean and well furnished. The breakfast area was pretty nice.

We weren’t given the room we booked as they said the rooms were all fully occupied, so we paid more for a normal room which wasn’t fair. Other than that, being a four star hotel expected much better. The breakfast wasn’t great at all. Most of it was cold and very little choice. As for the staff, some of them were pleasant and others not so much.

The music played in the hallway is quite loud and can be clearly heard inside the room. It wakes us up in the morning and becomes a disturbance at night. It seems there is no proper sound insulation between the hallway and the rooms, which affects our comfort and sleep quality.

only thing good about this property was location and everything else not suitable for family and people who want some peace or relaxation when back to the hotel after spending day outside.

Noise don’t let you sleep. Next door room was loud music from 2am to 8 am, a worst thing if you are sleeping next door.It was horrible experience for me and my family (wife and 2 Kids).I even complained to the staff or duty. It stopped for 15 mins and started again.Breakfast was below average. Staff with bad attitude. Told us you can only certain tables which are in the middle. Side tables are for different guests which are not staying in the hotel.
